Les Étoiles du Nord are a beer-league team of grown men with jobs, kids, knees with mileage, and a group chat that never sleeps. We play hard, we backcheck when morally necessary, and we believe the third period is a mindset.

Pre-season training is live
Eight weeks, two short workouts a week, and the 1,000-shot challenge. The page even knows what week it is, so Valley doesn't have to do math.
